Ok I was wrong… Summer has just started… WTF! I was at Birch pounding off intervals and I arrived late for a very social lab, but not too late for a crack at the barriers.

We all met at an ungodly 7 am, took a wet and moderate pace spin to Ass Park, and ended the ride with a nice light breakfast with coffee.
