No Tubes Work!


Racing is the acid test for life… and evidently No Tubes gets an A+. Here


Last Weeks HTFUP! Training:

Monday – zip.

Tuesday – 4-hour of the saddles, low cadence, base

Wednesday – (Still too much snow for the dump) Complex Training, split routine (with heavier weights)

Thursday – zip. (Last test before finals)

Friday – repeat Tuesday`s workout

Saturday – Intervals BHP: 8 x (3:30-4 minute SLT @ max) 1:1, Total Time approximately 2-hours. I was a little faster this week, and did not put in the extra laps around the park, resistance including core work after.

Sunday – if sitting in front of a computer is considered training I would be king.

Comment: volume is ridiculously low, and I am overweigh but my V02max is high for this time of year and I am stronger then last year. In other words, power is up and capacity is down.

Goal for coming week: ride more, eat better, study until I bleed.

    Try it. Find a hill ~ 8 degree incline, that last for 4-mins. No shifting and keep that gear at 42/17. Remember… only one leg! Oh ya... in the drops.

  4. You coming for the rides this weekend? BHP Fri-Sat at noon, and Sunday @ 11AM.. Had abut 6 positive replies so far.. should be good times.
