The Sunday Workout: no legs today so I chillaxed with a ~60 minute easy run and core work
The Saturday Workout: 1-hour 45-minute threshold ride (20 min warm up, 60-min at AT)
The Thursday & Friday Workout: no play cause I had to work all day.
Total Week: ~12:30 with 2 days off.
Comment: Doing what I can, but it is almost impossible for me to keep my weight down when I drop under 15 hours a week. Fat Test this week 8.33%... not bad for this time of year. Goal is 6% by July. I had better stop eating those chips ;) Max Bench Test: after 10 years of detraining strength I now only have a max bench of 300 lbs.
Summary: Study, work, renovate!
Goal for next week: Try and find time to ride, eat lots of weeds, begin marking papers until I am cross eyed
