In Green: Menno Cross Pic Dump 4

Monday’s Workout: Recovery ride with a high cadence. The plan was to ride for 2:25min but I had a flat (again!) and only managed 2-hours.


  1. That much training in a week would destroy this guy.

  2. Ha ha ha...I am just slowly building back up. Because of a heavy study schedule I let the volume drop but try to maintain the intensity. Now it is time to get back to work. I like to average about 3-hours a day give or take (not including resistance or commuting). It is the intervals that are the killer! Unlike the mid and late summer work, winter work (long and hard) is mentally taxing.
