Just finished a 2-hour recover ride on the rollers (48/16 with one fan (on the rollers), 30-min in the saddle/30-min standing repeat, @ ~30 km on the IRO, Zone 2 ish…. That’s recovery for me so don’t knit pick!).
Here is the state of the union for Coach Dave. I am suuuper fat right now (for me). To be more accurate super overweight. I have put on 20lbs since the end of the season. Some of it is fat and some of it is muscle. However, 20 lbs is super overweight for a racer boy. So the priority is to reverse this tread, and ever so slowly start to lose the weight. The ultimate goal will be to get to 160-165 lbs at %6 BF around July 24th.
I don't have time or ambition to achieve these kind of stats right now. Good for you though. It's nice to know there are guys like you around to inspire the rest of us.
