Intervals at the dump this morning before class were interesting. What could have been a rather standard 2-hour session of suffering on the same old climbs and switchbacks turned into a super technical workout on the new build (i.e., Red Fixed 42/17)! Slips-slide and roll with a rutted ice, hard pack snow, and strong 40 km winds... in the dark. It was probably great training for Nordic Cross… would be nice to have the schedule. 10% Luck 20% Skill 15% Concentrated Power of Will! 5% Pleasure 50% Pain 100% Reason to Remember the Name One Love One Gear!
