I've known Skip on a casual basis for three years now and he has yet to learn the 24 hour lesson. 1st rule of the 24, there are 24 hours in the race and not any less.
Fast for a few is the equivalent to riders going on a flier in the tour, inevitably others will catch and pass and all you'll have is the memories.
Maybe one day I'll head out on a flyer........nah I like to finish well placed .
