Wrong side of the bed!

Nothing irritates me more than high pitch bellyaching about not having the latest, greatest super cool, super sexy, must have techno gizmo weight weenie multi speed bling! Hello, you’re not the DNF King because your bike weighs in at .0002 grams over 35 lbs. You didn’t implode on the first truly massive 1° incline because you don’t have your ultra low fat, carbo energizer maximizer, detoxifier probiotic, mocha sports drinks during your 30-second warm-up. Hello? This attitude (I am being kind) completely misses both the point, and the spirit of riding. It is not about what you ride, but how you ride. It is not about where you ride, but the fact that you’re riding at all.

The point is simple.

    why not come out to the race on wednesday and take out some of that aggression?

  2. Great race on the weekend Kevin! You really rode very well. I am looking forward to the rest of the season, just not Wednesday night races… at least for now.
