Sunday will marks 2-weeks of rehab on the hammy. The gimp leg is about 20% less flexible at this point, which is 30% better then it was. I was able to do a few mounts and dismounts… after a fashion. Riding is fine as long as I don’t push it too hard. Funny thing is, running up hills is mostly OK, as long as I don’t extend my leg fully. Eccentric loading, however, is F**Ked. No wonder since that is what caused the tear in the first place. Watching the cx race the other day was like injecting acid into my veins. I would much prefer to be puking my guts out then watching others taste bile. Ah well 5 ½ months to go.
