Mennonites are introduced to hell in Altona!

Cyclocross is 60-minutes of all out vicious, gut wrenching biking combat. This is a style of racing which integrated wicked road racing speeds, devious tactics, and the technical skills of mountain biking. Riders must navigate the gantlet of fans, occasionally running over barriers, occasionally running over each other to survive this war on bikes. Busload of drunken hooligans who line the entire racecourse, have been know to pelt the opposition riders with insults, garbage and beer. Some push their bikes, some run, and the best ride up the inevitable slick mud covered hills. On each lap of these criterion style 1-2 km courses, riders try to go a little further up the hill, a little faster around the corner, or little smoother over the obstacles. Overcoming these difficulties – the twists, turn, hills, mud, sand, stairs, rain, wind, cold and snow – is the test each rider must own up to. It is a test designed by its very natural to break the weak, both mental and physical, while elevating the winners to the status of gods.

Bottom Line:

Menno Cross was war on wheels!

Man up bozzz PsychoCross is next weekend!
